Damages and Returns
Goods arriving damaged or faulty will be collected free of charge for replacement or refund, but you must contact us with full details of the problem within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
Most unwanted items can be returned for a refund but you must contact us with full details within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Please note that some goods may carry a surcharge if the item is unwanted please contact us for more information. Stationary items may carry a 15% return handling fee, larger furniture goods may incur a 10% return handling fee.
Alternatively you can send the items back, at your own cost, to the address we specify using the original packaging. The unwanted items must arrive undamaged and in the case of software, CDs, DVDs & Videos, unopened. Unwanted food and drink items cannot be returned for health & safety reasons. Only the value of the items being returned can be refunded - the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund - that is if the order was shipped to you free of charge, then we shall deduct £6.75 excluding vat from your refund. If your order originally included payment for shipping then that shipping payment value will not be refunded.
Items breaking or failing within their warranty period will be replaced or repaired subject to the manufacturer's warranty periods and procedures. Contact us with full details of your original order and we can advise on the best course of action according to your requirements.
